Great very quiet and relaxing place, just 170 km East from Toronto / 10 minutes South of Cambellford.

Level beautiful large waterfront on Trent River.

Great for fishing, this area is very large like a lake 25km - enjoy advantages on river and lake fishing together in the same place.

Famous for its large Musky, Bass, and Pike fishing location.

You can enjoy swimming in the waters of Trent River. There is barely any boat activity in this area and it is safe for swimming. There is a swimming pontoon in the middle of the river, which can be reached with a boat/paddle boat. The water around it is very warm and clear. Please visit our pictures for more information.

Another option is to visit the beautiful sand beach located approximately 35 min away from our cottage (Cobourg Beach). Please visit our pictures for more information.

Kids can enjoy our playground set consisting of swings, climber, and a slide.

Two wood decks, wonderful wood gazebo surrounded with a net against mosquitoes, and a wonderful fire pit for outside fire.

Bright open concept kitchen / living room / 4 bedrooms with double beds, 1 master bedroom with queen size bed / 2 full bathrooms 3pc. - Max # of People 12.

Municipality water supply. 

Renters to supply own linens and blankets. Excellent propane furnace and duct heating to all rooms with adjustable thermostat at your convenient temperature.

As we prefer to rent to families, we do not rent the cottage to teenagers.

The minimum age of the primary renter (who is to remain on the premises for the duration of the rental) is 30. We could make exception from this rule but special conditions will apply. We do ask for proof of age upon booking and arrival.

RATE INFORMATION

Minimum 3 Days rental.

Pricing for up to 10 people: 

Weekends 3 days total  $1000

Long weekends 4 days total $1200

Weekdays 2 to 5 days total $800

1 Week MON to SUN total $1500
